The kitchenette is fully equipped and comes with cooking appliances, fridge and washing machine which the tenant will have sole use of. There is a private entrance with porch area and use of a small garden area. The property is detached and has electric gates so very secure and the room comes with parking space. There is an optional lounge if required (additional cost). We are a quiet family and as the room/s are self contained you will rarely see us.
The rent is inclusive of bills and WiFi. It has easy access to main roads to Southampton, Bournemouth and Poole.
