On the edge of Swanmore, the location is rural, but within easy reach of Bishop's Waltham, Botley, Fareham, Hedge End, Eastleigh, Southampton and Portsmouth.

Particularly suitable for quiet professionals, the house has four double rooms to let, all with views of lawns and trees.

Tenants have exclusive access to their bedroom plus communal areas comprising two bathrooms with 3 piece suites, one separate WC, family kitchen, lounge with woodburner, dining room, large conservatory, entrance/office area and utility room.

The house has free WiFi (although 3G phone probably quicker), freesat and freeview TV. All bills (other than landline telephone) are included.

One very friendly cat is also in residence, so prospective tenants must be fine with that, and him standing on your face, in your cornflakes etc.

Rooms are let unfurnished, although use of some furniture may be possible.
