Furnished large double room in rural property

I am seeking a new lodger for weekday let only. I am the main occupant of the house (female, works as a lecturer at University of Reading, non smoker, spends spare time riding horses or gardening). Another (male) lodger rents the other spare room Mon-Fri and would share the main bathroom with you; I have my own en suite facility. Both the bedroom and bathroom are furbished to an extremely high standard, the room has a kingsized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The house is in a rural location between Reading and Basingstoke, near to Hook, Tadley, Aldermaston, Burghfield, Theale, Thatcham and Newbury. Parking is on the drive behind electric gates for added security. I can supply/launder bed linen and towels. BT Broadband is available with unlimited use.
