Double room for single occupancy

The room is in my house, in a quiet area between Tadley & Pamber Heath, approximately 1+ mile from AWE, therefore would suit a permanent employee, contractor or apprentice. Swimming pool, gym & adult learning centre in the vicinity, the latter two, you need wheels! Pub within walking distance. NON-SMOKER.

The bathroom/shower room is more or less yours (revamped in 2013 & fabulous) unless I have guests staying, which is rare; bedding & towels are provided & laundered approximately every 2 weeks. The kitchen is obviously shared & there's a dining room to use. There's no TV in your room but I have no objection to you providing your own; there is 1 in the kitchen though. Most bills are inclusive except the phone.

Although this room is advertised Monday - Friday (or thereabouts), I appreciate that you may be required to work weekends or travel down on Sunday night & that's OK if you give me notice. I'm happy to do your laundry at a cost of £2.50 per load but not any ironing though the equipment's there to use!

Please note that 4 weeks notice required & rent expected for any time absent from property i. e. sickness absence or holidays & the property rent is from the Saturday, Sunday or Monday of the week you move in.
