Large Double Room Mon-Fri

Large furnished double room with professional couple in a clean, tidy semi detached house in quiet cul-de-sac. All Bills included in rent. Shared Bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Driveway parking if required. Unlimited fiber optic broadband. Large Kitchen, Lounge and Outhouse along with garden, washing machine and Tumble Drier - free to use all. Must be OK with animals - 1 x cat. We are a friendly couple who enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a busy day and going to the gym. We are looking for someone on a Mon-Fri basis only but if extra nights are required on the odd occasion then this can be arranged. Same for when we are on holidays etc, you are welcome to stay the weekend to reduce your travel if required. All bedding will be washed on weekends, all i ask is you strip the bed and leave them outside your room.

Couples will be considered but Rent would be £600
