Single/Twin/Double Room To Let In Family Home

We have a large bedroom available in our semi-detached house. It has been newly decorated and is furnished including wardrobe, drawers and a new bed which can be 1 or 2 singles or a double. We live in a quiet street with various amenities close by including buses to the city center. We are a family of five, but only two children are still at home, now 20 and 21, 1 male and 1 female who both work. My husband and son smoke, but not inside the house, only in the conservatory. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs (1 small and 1 medium size). We have off road parking and storage areas for a bike or motorbike. There are two bathrooms, fibreoptic WiFi and Sky TV i both lounges. (There is the possibility of SKY in the bedroom but would need to purchase an extra sky box).We have two lounge/diners so there is a chance of your own living space at times, or you are welcome to spend time with us. We are a very easy going family, with various hobbies between us, e. g football, going to the gym, cooking, baking, walking, travelling, music, theatre and reading.
