Near Park Gate: banks, post office, shops, takeaways, popular pub, curry house and kebab van!! Very handy for Whiteley and Segensworth.

Would suit quiet'ish aged 30+ clean and tidy, non-smoking professional, with some sort of sense of humour but anyone considered! If you fancy a drink up the pub occasionally so much the better. Bedding not provided.

Possibly space for parking but small car only!

Easy access to Fareham, Portsmouth and Southampton, only a ten minute walk to Swanwick Station, 5 min drive to M27.
