We have a double room available to rent in our spacious, modern 2 bed semi detached house. We are located a few minutes drive to connect to the M27 for commuting. We are on a local bus route into the city and a 20 minute walk to the train station and town centre.
We are a friendly couple with a lovely and well behaved black lab, he only stays downstairs.
We would accept a couple but would increase rent to £500 PCM.
