I have a newly furnished double bedroom available within my detached four bedroomed home in Widley very close to the Q A Hospital. The property is also in close proximity of both the M27 and the A3 providing close links to Portsmouth, Waterlooville and Chichester. The nearest railway station is Cosham.

Rent is fully inclusive of all bills including broadband. The double room has ample storage including beautiful fitted wardrobes and drawers. Also has a brand new flat screen television mounted on the wall with a sound bar . I have my own ensuite so the large family bathroom is shared between the two guest rooms only. I currently use the fourth bedroom as my office. Parking is available in our quiet cul-de-sac.

I enjoy visiting the Gym, Reading and travelling.
