We have a comfortable single room in our three bedroom home. We have our own en-suite bathroom so the downstairs main bathroom is yours to use most of the time. The sitting room has a dining area and the conservatory leads to a lovely big garden which is very nice to sit in during the warmer months. There is plenty of off-road parking, lots of fridge/freezer space and some storage space. A shared cupboard at the top of the stairs near your room is available for your clothes. You will be welcome to cook your meals in the kitchen. We are happy to welcome you into our home and will enjoy chatting with you or if you prefer, leaving you to some quiet time. We are happy to take in short term contractors. Whilst we would prefer our lodgers to be Monday to Friday, we are happy to meet people who you need full time too. We also may be able to offer a double room instead for the right person at a slightly higher cost. We will not rent out both rooms at the same time.
