Hi this is a very large, open and light bungalow, situated on the door step of Waterlooville town centre.
The rooms are large and well equipped, with the possibility of moving or changing furniture as needed.
We have internet with wifi for all to use and is of course included in the rent.
Its a freindly and welcoming environment and is kept clean and tidy through out and as such any applicants need to be of a like mind.
it has a beautiful garden to be enjoyed by all and a keen gardener would be an absolute bonus!
Great kitchen fully equipped with white goods for your use and you get your own cupboards for food etc.
SINGLES preferred but a couple could be facilitated at the additional cost of £50pw.
No smoking in the house, but have no problems with smokers.
