Close to local shops and close to bus routes.
Supermarkets and waterlooville centre are at walking distance.
There is a garden at the back with trees and a pond (sometime with fishes in if the local heron is not feeling peckish)
With the room, also available fridge for exclusive use of lodger(s) and cupboard space for your own stuff (if you have any) sharing the rest of the spacious kitchen (inc washing machine), lounge, bathroom etc...
Bathroom has a nice shower! (no Bath)
Also storage space available in a shed if required (bike, suitcases etc..)
I like the house to be relatively clean and tidy.
My current lodgers are leaving on 21 APRIL so the room will be available after I have cleaned it, painted it (if it needs to) and have received delivery of a new mattress
although in the ad I mentioned "no smoker" smokers are welcomed but no smoking inside the house.
Couples welcome but the rent will be adjusted to £550 per month.
