I am 36, with my own small gardening business, working mainly for clients in the rural areas around Waterlooville, Havant and Fareham.

Although a light smoker, I have listed myself as a "Non-smoker", as I do not smoke in the flat, and in any event it is a non-smoking property.

I am looking for a flat-mate who wants to live independently, on a self-catering basis; but who might share an occasional meal and/or enjoy a bottle of wine, or perhaps a visit to the local pub.

The room is available now, subject to checks and references. Viewing can be arranged throughout the day, with a few hours notice.

As I generally work long hours, particularly through the summer, enquiries will initially be handled by my father, as replies may otherwise be delayed.
