Double room in nice neighbourhood close to M27 (jnt 7) and bus stops.

You would have use of the kitchen (inc. washing machine and tumble dryer), lounge and Wi-fi (all bills are included except telephone). The bathroom is small but perfectly formed and fit for purpose! I keep a clean and tidy house but not is a crazy way - I think homes are for living in, not standing on ceremony. I have 2 cats but they are out all day and not allowed in the main living areas. Towels and bedding can be provided if needed.

There is a nice size back garden, which can be used for bbq's etc. Off road parking is also available.

I am looking for a professional person to share with from Monday to Friday.
