Double Room Close To Station Mon-Fri Or Full Time

We have a double room available for a single person on a Monday- Friday basis (4 nights)£85 or full time at £125 a week.

We are a 5 minute walk to Whitchurch train station with direct trains to Waterloo. Our quiet private development has a secure brick built bike shed which I'm sure could squeeze in one more bike if you needed to!

There are two rooms on the add. The current room available is the second floor bedroom which has a double built in room and shared bathroom. However, this could change and the en-suite room could be negotiated on the ground floor. You will have use of the lounge and kitchen/diner as long as you are clean and tidy! There will be a parking space available a majority of the time but there is ample street parking as well.

The house is on the market, and we anticipate the room to be available for approximately 2 months.

We also have a very friendly cat, Clawdia, who would need feeding sometimes!
