Single room is furnished with single bed, large mirror, chest of drawers and TV.
Only one of these rooms will be let. The occupant will have sole use of the large bathroom, as I have my own en-suite for myself.
Sharing with just me - a professional (in-house lawyer for cosmetics company).
Double is £550 p/m or single is £525 p/m (payable monthly in advance, plus one month's deposit), bills included. WIFI Virgin Fibre ultrafast broadband.
