Double room in garden flat, central Winchester

Spare room becoming available 1st June (a bit flexible). I live in a two bedroom ground floor garden flat with my girlfriend. The house is a converted edwardian semi and was completely refurbished a couple of years ago.

The flat is amazing and has 12 foot hight ceilings and an open fire in the lounge and a huge kitchen. The garden isn't huge but big enough for a few BBQs! Plus there is a fire pit and decked area.

The flat is a two minute walk to the train station and a few minutes into Winchester city centre

The rent is £440. 00 a month plus ct and bills but I am happy to discuss your budget if you are interested.

The lounge has Virgin V+ and the bedroom has a standard Virgin TV box with all the channels. There is also 30gb WiFi throughout the flat.

The bedroom is furnished but I can remove the double bed and wardrobe if required.

I am looking for a easy going and sociable professional. Age, gender and sexuality are not important. I share the flat with my girlfriend so someone in a similar situation would be fine, but obviously not essential. I am not fussed about a bit of untidiness, as long as it looks fairly respectable!

We also have two cats which are very friendly but will leave you alone if you wish!
