I have a small double room becoming available in my house in Battery Hill on 30th April 2012.
The house is occupied by three mature students, myself (Mark) and house-mates Tim and Brook. We're looking for somebody (preferably another student) to join us.
The room itself is small but has a good double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and storage drawers.
The house has a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom, a good size living room (with cable TV and Blu-Ray) And wireless internet is available throughout.
