I have a double room available for short-term let of 1 week up to 5 months (end of September 2017).

The room is in a quiet home on Greatfield Road in Winchester, which is near to the Weeke shopping centre and walking distance to the city centre and train station. There is ample on-road parking and close to a bus stop.

The room is light, airy and furnished and located on the first floor. There is gas central heating, a shared upstairs bathroom with shower and bath and a separate WC. There is a fully fitted kitchen and front and rear garden.

Single professional occupant only

The rent includes council tax, electric, gas, water, TV licence and broadband.

The Weeke shopping centre includes, Waitrose, Aldi, Boots chemist, a post office, GP surgery, Co-Op, costa cafe ,newsagents, take aways( Indian, Chinese, Fish and Chips etc), The Harestock shopping centre is 5 minutes walk with a petrol station, bakery, fish and chips and Tesco.

I have excellent neighbours in a quiet residential area.
