Double room avaliable Winchester Mon - Fri

I have a double bedroom available weekdays for rent to professionals in my home in Winchester.

The house is a pleaseant 10 minute walk into Winchester City Centre.

The room has a double bed, and has just been fully decorated.

I am looking for a monday-friday lodger only ideally a professsional or contractor wanting a room from Monday through to Thursday night (this could include Sunday night also if required).

The house has satellite television, broadband internet, washing machine, fully fitted kitchen, it also has two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower). You are welcome to use all common living areas of the house and facilities.

The house is no smoking but if you do smoke you are welcome to use the garden.

The agreement will ideally be for a minimum of one month, however I will consider shorter stays (rate by negotiation).

Rent is £75 per week(inclusive of all bills - except telephone).

References will be required and a deposit of one £300. Rent is paid monthly in advance. The room is available from the last week of April.
