We're looking for a sociable, clean and tidy professional. It is not a student dig so if you're looking for a home away from home with fellow professionals, this house is ideal.

The house is 15mins walk into town on a lovely street and bus stop is literally outside the house if you take public transport.

Rent is inclusive of ALL bills - council tax, electricity, water, heating, high speed cable WIFI, TV license etc.

No parking restrictions. FREE on street parking at all times.

The room itself is a light and airy South facing room furnished with a new double bed & fitted wardrobe.
