Room available in central location

Hello my name is Tulsi and I am a second year English Literature and Education Studies Student (going into my final year)

Don't let the fact I'm a student put you off. I'm not your average student, I'm clean and love good food.

I'm a sociable person, but also enjoy having some me time and having my own space. I don't go out very much but do enjoy having a nice glass of wine (or bottle) and chilling at home. I'm very house-proud and love to keep the house clean and tidy. And am looking for somebody the same :)

I enjoy cooking, arts and crafts, keeping healthy and being outside. I spend a lot of my summertime working and enjoying various festivals.

Due to my flat mate moving out I will have a Small double room available in my flat from the end of May.

The Flat is in a great central location (above superdrug on the highstreet).

And it is only a ten/fifteen minute walk to the train station or university

The room is light and airy, but does have quite small ceilings.

It is available unfurnished.

The flat its self is in really nice condition.

We even have our own terrace out the back, that I may try my hand at planting some vegetables in.

The rent is around 475 including bills
