Fully Furnished Room; has been kept very clean! Big window and great heating. Nice sized living area with couches and kitchen with all amenities. 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower. Hasn't been a problem with 2 other girls. 1 washer and drying rack.
Girls are very friendly. Smokers welcome but if you're not a smoker(like me) they make it comfortable to your desires. Men welcome as the girls had a male tenant prior to me.
12 minute walk to the high street. Very nice and safe neighbourhood with nature walks and beautiful park and field close by. Many shops, boutique, grocery stores and cafes.
I am on exchange and am unexpectedly leaving in April so need someone to take over the let for the end of my lease. The other girls will also be moving out at the end of June. Not your responsibility to find other flatmates. Text me or call me ASAP!
