Housemate wanted ASAP

Hi!

We are in need of a new housemate from September (sooner could be negotiated) However we need someone asap to agree on the let by 1st April.

The house is a 2 storey corner terrace situated in a nice residential area, great location, with only about a 5 minute walk to the city centre (2 minutes to the Blackboy pub!) and 15mins from Winchester School of Art. Also only a 2 minute drive to get to the M3, permit parking is available.

Room includes a single bed, wardrobe, shelves and other accessories, however if you would prefer unfurnished this could be arranged too. There is extra space outside the room for a desk or workspace if required.

House would be shared with 3 other girls. 1 Student (3rd year), 1 graduate and 1 graduate professional. House would suit either student or young professional. We are hardworking but enjoy going for a drink or meals out or cooking together with friends.
