Large double room with ensuite in family home

We have a very large double room with ensuite (furnished including double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, desk and TV) available in our spacious, modern, detached family home located in Olivers Battery, Winchester. The room enjoys a double aspect with views towards the South coast and across our back garden.

All bills, WiFi broadband and breakfast (cereal, tea, coffee, milk, bread) are included in the rent. There is a washing machine and dryer at your disposal, storage space and off-street parking.

The room is available for a fixed 3 month let (from 2nd April onwards) offering the ideal place for someone moving to the area or temporarily here on business.

We would prefer a mature, non-smoking female.

Location: Our home is within walking distance of the University of Winchester, near a direct bus route to the town centre, and only a 5 minute drive from J11 of the M3. We have a small range of local shops and a large Sainsbury's supermarket nearby.

About us: We are a young, sociable family of four, with two boys of primary school age. You would need to be open to living with a family however, we would be very respectful of your privacy.
