This is my family house and is currently occupied by my son and myself, along with a cat and miniature dachshund.
Location: the house very close to the university and hospital. It is a 16min walk to the train station and city centre. There are several nearby bus routes. On street permit parking can also be provided if you have a car. Would also consider a Mon-Fri lets at a reduced rate.
