Artist/Architect's house in the lovely cathedral area of Winchester. 5 minutes walk into town; 1 minute walk to Kingsgate Village and one of the best pubs in England!

I am the owner and it's my home but I won't be living there. One room with my belongings in it will be inaccessible to tenants.

All the usual appliances and utensils provided including flat screen TV.

The gallery bedroom is open forming a delightful and interesting space. Would suit a professional couple but a single person won't feel lost!

There is a very small walled courtyard at the rear. An open log burning fire in the sitting room. Contemporary living in a simple uncluttered artist's home!
