The room is unfurnished, approx 3. 8 m x 2. 8 m with an adjacent bathroom not used by other housemates. The recently refurbished bathroom is large and contains a bath and shower, basin and toilet.

Communal areas include a very spacious kitchen, lounge, dining area, utility room (with new washing machine and drying area), south facing patio and gardens.

Utility and broadband bills not included (typically £76 per month).

We are a friendly household and both professionals (one barrister and one ecologist).
