Double room in cosy house with bills incl.

We are looking for a chilled, considerate and easy going female to move into a lovely medium sized room in our cosy and friendly house.
The house is a 25 min walk into town with a bus stop a 2 min walk away and free parking outside. We are a 5 minute walk from Tescos, a fish and chip shop, and chinese takeaway. 10 mins in the other direction is Waitrose, Aldi, Doctors surgery and Costa etc.
The rent includes gas, electric, water, council tax, tv licence, sky and broadband.
About us.. Zoe is a dance teacher and Jess and Dan work in events...the 2 lovely cats don't do much but they add to the vibe. Although we are respectful of each others space, we enjoy watching TV together and sharing the odd meal. It's important for us to have someone we all get on with.
