Room for rent

Hi.

We are a married couple in our late 40's, although young at heart. We stay in at night and are fairly quiet.
So a quiet lodger would be perfect for us.

Student welcome, our last 2 lodgers were local students.

There will be a single bed (bed is a year old) for your use, a desk and some chest of drawers. The wardrobe is built into the wall and has plenty of space. There is a leather chaise lounge in the room which was part of an old sofa set and we decided it would be nice to have this in there too.
Shared bathroom and toilet.
Washing machine and a tumble dryer available.

Sky BB is available, and house bills included in price. We are on a water meter, but sadly we only have a bath at the moment but do have a shower tap mixer so easy to wash hair.

We both work full time and shifts, so we would prefer somebody who will consider this as I work nights and husband works either earlies or late shifts.
This does mean however, that use of the living room is not included in the arrangement as we do need our space together.

We both have motorcycles, so in summer will go out and about.

We have a bearded dragon, a leopard gecko, a day gecko and frogs, they are in the living room and are not as scary as some think.
If you are nervous of reptiles we will respect that. I have a hamster too, who is getting on in age.

We are non vegetarian, but had a vegetarian lodger before and it worked out okay.
You will have plenty of space for your food etc, and fridge and freezer space for yourself.

A few times a year I go away with friends but my husband stays here.
If we go away together we will let you know in advance.

Female preferred but will consider male.

-We have not left a contact number as we had problems a couple of years ago with random calls.
-We will only contact you via this service until we have communicated and a date is set for viewing.
-Deposit payable once we all agree on a moving date, payable either direct in cash or via standing order, rent will be paid via standing order, weekly, monthly or quarterly if you are a student paying when your loan is settled.
