I have a double room available in a house in Winchester located 5 minutes walk to the city centre and a stone throw from the train station.
The property has 3 bedrooms and the large double bedroom is suitable for a couple at £550 pcm. Offered furnished from mid April as a short let until mid July.
Looking for professionals to share, but I am more of a pop-in landlord than live-in as I work and stay in Portsmouth during the week at present.
Included in the rent is council tax and broadband internet. The gas/electricity is on a prepay meter and water is billed separately.
