Fantastic master bedroom to let en suite

We are 3 doctors and 1 teacher looking for someone to take the unfurnished master bedroom in our 5 bed house.
The room is a huge en suite, and really needs to be seen to be believed. The current tenant has a double bed, sofa, coffee table, TV, exercise bike and clothes horse and still lots of spare ground space. There is plenty of storage space built in.
The bathroom is ensuite and again, is very roomy. It comprises loo, sink, jacuzzi bath and shower, with lots of storage space.
The house in general is very spacious, light and has a good family atmosphere. It has a good sized kitchen with 2 fridges, a freezer, cooker, Aga, dish washer and washing machine.
There is also a conservatory with dining table, lounge with sofas and television.
There is a communal downstairs toilet.
We have a big garden, perfect to sit out in the summer, a large shed for storage, and plenty of parking with a garage.
We are a friendly bunch, and frequently eat out or in together, and enjoy socialising in the evenings. We keep the house very clean, and everyone is keen to help out with chores.
The potential tenant would ideally be a young professional. They can be as quiet or outgoing as they wish, we are a mixed bunch and there will always be company around. We hope they would be neat and tidy and be an active member of the house.
Bills are typically £100 a month inclusive of council tax, water, gas and electric and fibre-optic broadband.
