A short walk to the School of Art Uni and on to the city and other colleges. Our quiet, safe street is perfect for 2 students sharing 50m to the bus stop. The Room is shown with 2 beds but there is a third bed available (open to discuss rent for 3 students). There are currently 3 Italian girls sharing!
It is a clean and bright room with private ensuite bathroom (shower, sink & toilet), 2 desks, chest of drawers and wardrobes. Use of family kitchen, garden and patio. A relaxed and friendly environment with well travelled family (10 years in US and 5 years in China). Very used to students from the School of Art! and my children do speak some Chinese!
