Large well appointed double room available to rent

I'm an easy going landlord living in an annexe attached to my detached double glazed house in Woolston and I have a large double room with its own en suite bathroom becoming available at the beginning of March. The room was completely renovated with new carpets around six months ago and at the same time a new en suite bathroom was installed. The monthly rent includes all bills as well as unlimited broadband, the rent is all you pay. The house has a very friendly atmosphere, it is centrally heated and double glazed and is located within a minutes walk from main bus routes to the city centre which is a fifteen minute ride, less by car. There is loads of on street free unrestricted parking, Although there is no shared use of a lounge the kitchen is very large and clean with a washing machine, full cooking facilities and TV and we tend to congregate there. I must emphasise that we are professional people and we are looking for a similar housemate, if you are looking for a party house then this probably isn't for you, but if you are looking for a clean, smart environment to live in then please drop me a line.
