The rent is fully inclusive of all bills Everything is included (Gas and elec, council tax, a weekly cleaner, gardener, broadband, etc). The house is very well looked after - its a lovely light, airy, happy household.

Long term housemates, in fact one guy moved out and come back as he liked the house so much! Housemates are sociable and everyone gets on well, but there's also a lot of respect for each other's privacy and the need for your own space.

Big living space. Good sized Kitchen with breakfast area - loads of space, (Great if you like to cook but there's always the microwave if not!) 2 showers and a bath, Gas Central Heating, Double glazing, wood floors. The cleaner, who comes in each week, will clean individual rooms for a small charge.

Off road parking and street parking, a great location - A short hop into the city centre and close to M27. 2 mins from Station and bus stops and local pubs plus takeaways, shop etc nearby.
