Hi,

Me and my boyfriend are looking for a female lodger to stay in our fully furnished double rooms. We have 2 rooms available in our house.

We are a young friendly couple, clean and tidy and easy to get along with. We have a cat Misty, who is also really friendly.
The room measures 3. 7m x 2. 7m
It has been newly decorated and has a double bed, bedside table, desk, office chair, wardrobe and new wooden Venetian blinds and new light fitting.
The bedroom doors are lockable with a key.

This will include - gas, electric, water, 60MB unlimited fibre optic broadband.
Our lodger will have access to our newly fitted kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hob, oven and underfloor heating, our newly fitted bathroom with power shower, newly decorated lounge with 50in tv and sky box which we never use.
