I'm Gary, I'm the live in landlord. There's two guys and a French/Spanish girl living here.
The room is fair size, iis fully furnished with double bed, sliding wardrobes, drawers and side table. Blinds and curtains are also supplied but you will need your own bedding.
House is about to have a newly fitted bathroom, so all shiny and new and there is a second toilet downstairs for convenience.
The kitchen is an open plan kitchen/dinner/lounge with loads of cupboard space and is a great area for entertaining.
Has a nice garden and also a garage for storing extra "stuff" that you don't use.
I'm 32. Looking for young hearted people to share the house with.
All bills included in the price and not a penny more, I buy the loo roll and cleaning products too. We all pull our weight and keep things clean and tidy.
No couples, no dss and no pets, sorry.
