The room is in a lovely detached house, in Woolston/Sholing area... Its very well looked after and a really nice light, airy, space.

Housemates usually stay longer term, we've had some who have moved out and come back as they like the house so much and we have had lots of really positive reviews from previous housemates. Everyone gets on and there's respect for each other's privacy and the need for your own space.

Its an excellent standard of accommodation with big living space - beautiful views over woodland/lake. Good sized fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area - loads of space, (Great if you like to cook - there's always the microwave if not!) 2 showers and a bath, Central Heating, Double glazing, A great location - A short hop into the city centre and close to M27. 2 mins from local Station and bus stops and pubs plus takeaways, shop etc nearby.
