Double room in house share
Hi,
I am looking to rent out two double bedrooms in my 3 bed house in Woolston.
The rooms are of a great size and both come with a double bed, 2 wardrobes/desk and a large chest of drawers. The house also has a social kitchen/diner, living room, utility room, bathroom (which is shared between the two rooms only) and a nice garden which gets the morning sun.
I am a male in my 30s and work in procurement. My hobbies are dinghy sailing and swimming. Also I usually spend a few nights a week in Winchester.
I am looking for someone friendly and respectful. I also have a pet dog Tilly who is a friendly yellow Labrador - so good with dogs is a must :)
Off road parking for a small car is available and there are excellent bus links as well as free parking on a number of nearby roads. You can also walk to Ocean Village in 20 minutes or so.
Woolston is currently enjoying a significant regeneration at Centenary Quay where some nice bars and restaurants have opened. There is also a handy Lidl just around the corner.
All bills are included in the rent, and this includes internet and TV
licence.
