Very friendly easy going house hold

Hi we have for rent a small double bedroom, with double bed and wardrobe, This will be up for rent from the 10th September 2016. The house is in a nice part of Yateley it has Internet, tv points in all rooms, theres a big 50" tv downstairs in the living room with sky tv, a nice size decking area outside, we even have a hot tub which can be used once the weather gets a bit better! We are all very easy to get on with, we are looking for a girl as they tend to be a lot more tidy!! But would also consider a guy. If you drive there's plenty of parking outside and if you don't there's a bus stop only at the end of the road which goes to most of the surrounding areas, there is a waitrose within walking distance as are most of the local pubs. The house has had many house mates and all have enjoyed there stay there! House mate moving out is doing so to live with her boyfriend!
