Double Room in detached family house

I have a double room to rent in my detached family house. The property is situated at the end of a very quiet cup-de-sac and has ample off road parking. The room has a in built cupboard/wardrobe and currently also has a desk and chair in the room, which I can easily remove if not wanted. The room also comes with a small separate sitting room/study which is available for use most of the time but on occasions used as a spare bedroom for visitors. The property has a garage so happy for this to be used for storage of a bicycle etc. The bathroom has had a modern refit with high quality fittings and includes bath/ shower and is shared with my 15 year old son. Downstairs the property has a separate utility room with machine and dryer and a second fridge is located in the enclosed garage. The property has 60mb Virgin Broadband.
All bills included accept telephone. I'm ideally looking for a lady resident on a 5 days a week basis but would consider a 7 day rental. We prefer a quiet ish life so crazy party goers please don't apply!
