Double room available in shared house

Double room in shared house, top floor with separate kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom would be shared only with one other person.

I (Herman) have the downstairs and the currently available room is the south-facing double room overlooking the garden. The room has it own mirror and hand wash basin and the house is located about 10 mins walking distance from Hereford City centre. Also handy for grocery shopping, and late night snacking, there is a Tesco Express 1 minutes' walk away.

Off-road parking is available.

The other sharer is Jim, the computer freak, who has the upstairs front room.

Upstairs is self-contained, includes its own bathroom, with bath and shower and toilet, plus a separate kitchen. Jim never uses the kitchen, so the kitchen, although technically shared would be exclusive to the new sharer. Hope you like cooking! :-)

I also offer use of a washing machine and tumble drier for a small extra charge to cover the energy used.

The kitchen has its own fridge, cooker with oven, microwave and ample built-in storage cupboards.

The house also has fibre broadband (70meg) which is all included in the cost of £85 per week / £368 per month + £30 pm contribution towards energy costs (gas/electricity).
