One double room available in well presented first floor flat within walking distance of Hereford City Centre. The room is available as part furnished or empty as required. The property benefits from double glazing, a fully fitted (shared) kitchen, (shared) bathroom with bath & Shower, and comfortable living room, with well- maintained gardens to front and rear of the property as well as off street parking.

The new sharer should be employed, with a good sense of humour and friendly. In addition the new sharer should be aware that there is no smoking permitted anywhere inside the property and based on the nature of my work, should be prepared to keep noise to a minimum throughout the evenings in the week. Whilst bills are included in the cost, this is based upon a fair usage policy.

We are working professionals, working full time, so ideally looking for a sharer who's working a 9-5 and not shifts but this is not essential. We are pretty easy going and both have a good sense of humor, but I am also very hard working and would like someone who shares the same ethos. In addition, the aim is to keep the house tidy so please be prepared to keep shared areas clean.
