We are a young couple with a 4 bedroom property in Holmer, Hereford. We have 1 double room to rent furnished or unfurnished.

The double room has lots of space for storage, including a walk in wardrobe with access to a bathroom with shower/bath/toilet/sink next door to the room.

We are looking for a individual who would appreciate the upkeep and effort we put into maintaining the property and to share our house with us. A tidy and considerate housemate who will treat the room like their own!

The house is in a quiet area, with views over the herefordshire countryside backing onto a horse paddock and the property is central to Hereford, 5 minute drive into town and 15 minute walk.

We are situated behind a beautiful healtclub and spa (holmer park) within 1min walk which has a gym, spa, treatments, pool and offers a huge selection of classes as well as a restaurant.

We have previously had employees from the hospital staying with us and we are happy to offer short term rentals.

Ample parking, large garden and patio with chickens and home-grown vegetable. Shared kitchen and living area with broadband access.
