Luxury residence on the edge of Hereford City

We are a young couple with a 4 bedroom property in Holmer, Hereford. We have 1 double room to rent furnished or unfurnished for single occupancy, female tenants only.

The double room has lots of space for storage, including a walk in wardrobe with access to a bathroom with shower/bath/toilet/sink next door to the room.

We are looking for a individual who would appreciate the upkeep and effort we put into maintaining the property and to share our house with us. A tidy and considerate housemate who will treat the room like their own!

The house is in a quiet area, with views over the herefordshire countryside backing onto a horse paddock and the property is central to Hereford, 5 minute drive into town and 15 minute walk.

We are situated behind a beautiful healtclub and spa (holmer park) within 1min walk which has a gym, spa, treatments, pool and offers a huge selection of classes as well as a restaurant.

We have previously had employees from the hospital staying with us and we are happy to offer short term rentals.

Ample parking, large garden and patio. Shared kitchen and living area with broadband access.
