Room available in a shared house £375pcm which includes all bills. I already have one male professional tenant whom rents one room and then i occupy another when I'm home which is generally just on the weekend.

The Room: Has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table

The house: We have 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer machine, A small garden with decking, some off road parking, a living room with Sky TV, unlimited wifi and a Garage incase you need to store a few bits which you are welcome to use.

I am located on a new build estate on the roman road but are a 5-10 minute drive from the middle of town, 5 minutes from the leisure centre for the gym etc and there are convenience stores a short walk away.

I have a dog but only there when I'm home so if this is a problem please dont enquire.

Ideally I'm are looking for a professional that is happy to share with one other male tenant and on occasion myself. Rent is £375 pcm and includes all bills.
