This is a lovely open-plan Double room, with fantastic views over the garden and hills in the distance. You have your own bathroom and tea & coffee making facilities. There is a sun balcony downstairs which overlooks the garden and those gorgeous views, and a conservatory as well.
Your room has internet connection and TV point.

You share a spacious kitchen and living room with TV and music centre. There is parking and a wonderful garden. This house is walking distance to a regular bus service, and enjoys all the advantages of a rural location while being only a couple of minutes drive from the A 49 and 15 minutes from Hereford - and Ross on Wye in the other direction.

There are two well behaved cats in the household, Fatty and Sweetie, so they are looking forward to meeting you.

There is also a piano in the house which is used occasionally.

I am friendly and welcoming, and love to make the house a real HOME. I am looking to share with someone who is a professional person, friendly and thoughtful and respectful of others. Also who is tidy, as this is always important in a shared house! And responsible.

I prefer sharing with someone who is planning to stay a while, but if you are looking for shorter term then let me know and we might be able to work something out. (The rental will be £110 per week on a short term basis.)
