This house is located outside Kington which is a town with all the facilities of a town. It has spacious rooms with large windows which let in a lot of light and have views over the valley towards the hills on other side of valley. There is a shower room for your exclusive use, and a shared bath in the bathroom. There is a shared lounge, a shared kitchen and a shared laundry. You would have your own fridge/freezer. The house also has broadband, with sky and a library with thousands of books. There is a garage if you wish to park your car in it. We have internet connection, also.

Next, the room is double and has a television, with sky if you wish to buy that service, £11's, extra. No bed. Built in wardrobes and cupboards.

We are looking to sublet the room and to share all the above. We are a male and female, who rent the property and are of middle aged. We are seeking someone who works, possibly on contract, and hence may be temporary only.
