Double room furnished or unfurnished. Quiet Village location 3 miles north of Hereford just off the A49.
Clean and tidy house. I do the general cleaning/hoovering. Private parking and garden. Full use of living room and kitchen with washing machine.
The house only has one bathroom but 2 toilets.
The room is available from 24/08/14. I am happy for short term lets or mon-fri lets at discount.
I work full time so not about in the day. I do have a small very quiet dog who isn't left at the house while I'm out at work so isn't there very often!
I'm an easy going, sociable person who like a laugh but like everyone likes my own space and quiet sometimes. I'm looking for someone similar who works and likes a clean house!!!!
