Would you like to come home to a beautifully decorated and furnished en-suite warm, quiet room with its own entrance and patio, in part of a 17-18th century beautiful house in lovely country village with a place to park directly by your room?
Ideal for someone working or studying in the area, especially if they work irregular/unsocial hours as you have your own entrance and are separate from the main house. The last tenant stayed for several years as they enjoyed the freedom and facilities.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chairs, fridge/freezer, combi-microwave with microwave, grill and oven, toaster, kettle, TV.
Gas, electric and water bills included.
You will have use of utility room for washing as needed.
We are Christians and worship at the village church. The village has a strong community and activities in the village hall, such as Flicks in the Sticks so we can introduce you to people if you are newly working in the area.
Hereford and Ledbury towns are 10-15 mins away and there is a regular bus service to both.
It is a fabulous place for walking and we often go for a stroll after work.
We work part-time so there is usually one of us around in the main house if you get stuck.
