Double room to rent in friendly houseshare :)

Hey! :) I have a double room to rent, which is available immedietly. The room is not furnished so ideal for someone who has already majority of there own kit :) there is myself and another girl who is lovely and friendly, we also share our house with my lovely little pooch whos is adorable. We are looking for another person to move in. We both work full time so on an evening most nights we just chill out watching a bit of tv with the odd glass of vino! :) although every now and again we enjoy a night out! :) we are looking for someone who is happy to share the house with us, and who is happy to have a little doggy around. all rooms are communal apart from our own bedrooms.
